Tuesday:
Week 22 Beginning Monday 12th November 2012:
26 kilograms down and I think my weekend of drunken debauchery has taken it's toll on the steady weight loss stream, keeping the total loss at 26 kgs this week.  At least it hasn't gone up.

Tuesday Breakfast:
Beef Bolognaise with beef mince, tomato, onion, half an avocado and some parmesan cheese.

Tuesday Lunch:
Possibly my best salad yet.  I combined some Milano leg ham, mild Hungarian, Sofetta and Chilli Salami with feta stuffed green and kalamata olives, gherkin, lettuce, carrot, red cabbage and a little tasty cheese.  Yummo.

Tuesday Dinner:
Tender juicy roast herb and mustard roast lamb with corn, carrot and broccoli.
