Wednesday:
Week 31 Beginning Monday 14th January 2013:
Another kilogram down and the weight loss continues ... slowly but surely, I seem to be losing about a kilogram a week, which is nice when you consider that I'm eating more now that I ever have and absolutely love the food. This isn't a diet, it's a way of life.

Wednesday Breakfast:
Fried bacon, onion and mushroom, with a nice and tasty feta cheese, double cream, tomato and eschallots scrambled eggs.

Wednesday Lunch:
Tender, juicy herb and mustard roast lamb with broccoli, carrot, corn and a nice slice of French butter.

Wednesday Dinner:
Super yummy lemon herb chicken with roasted garlic and a nice lettuce, tomato, eschallot and avocado salad.
