Tuesday:
Week 39 Beginning Monday 11th March 2013:
Still holding steady, still fluctuating up and down a kilogram almost daily, but at least it's not going up.  I am still 35kgs down from where I started, but am looking forward to seeing the scales start falling again.

Tuesday Breakfast:
Some lovely creamy scrambled eggs, with bacon, tomato and eschallots cooked in a little tomato paste.


Tuesday Lunch:
Mild sopressa salami in a tasty lettuce, tomato, avocado, Australian smoked cheese, gherkins and pickled onions.



Tuesday Dinner:
A tender and juicy porterhouse steak, with a creamy mushroom sauce, a couple of fried eggs and some baked beans with sausage, tomato and bacon.
