Thursday:
Week Four beginning Monday 9th July 2012:
Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.

Thursday Breakfast:
My lovely wife made me a scrumptious omelette this morning with 4 eggs, bacon, mushroom, onion, grape tomatoes, Danish feta cheese and some chives.

Thursday Lunch:
Peppered Beef salad ... with pepper crusted beef, Cape pepper cheese, Kalamata olives, snow peas, cucumber, lettuce, baby spinach and grape tomatoes.  Yummo!

Thursday Dinner:
I know it seems repetitious ... but it's just the right weather for our favourite hamburger soup.
