One year over ...

It's been one year exactly since I started the Nutrition Diagnostics way of eating and I've lost just over 30kgs, I no longer walk with a cane and can genuinely say that I feel fitter and healthier than I have been in a very long time.

I know I still have a long way to go and must learn to ignore the desert page which beckons me from the last page of the menu every time I go to a restaurant, but I have truly learned valuable knowledge on what to eat and what not to eat.  I have also learned that the majority of so called nutritionists, dietitians, personal trainers and know it alls ... really don't know what they're talking about.

Sadly, I've only had one comment from that "Little Blonde Trucker" in 365 blog posts, so I can only surmise that nobody is getting any benefit from these posts, which makes this nothing more than a gross waste of my time.  So ... I've decided to call it a day.  It does take time and effort to make sure every table is cleared, every meal is photographed, the ingredients noted and then to forgo relaxing on the couch while I attend to updating the blog every single day.

For those who have gained some benefit from my last years work attempting to help others, please feel free to comment and share your experiences here.
