Friday:
Week Four beginning Monday 9th July 2012:
Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.

Friday Breakfast:
Rump steak and 3 fried eggs sunny side up with a grilled tomato, plus a zingy onion, mushroom and olive mix, top the steak and tomato with a spicy havarti cheese.  Yummo!


Friday Lunch:
Mexican Beef and Beans with Beef mince, red kidney beans, onion, tomato and a little chilli.


Friday Dinner:
Succulant cajun spiced roast pork with broccoli and cauliflower covered in my wife's yummy home made cheese sauce.
