Thursday:
Week Five beginning Monday 16th July 2012:Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.
Thursday Breakfast:
My lovely wife prepared another one of her awesome omelettes this morning with 4 eggs, bacon, onion, mushroom, chives, cream, kumatos and Danish Feta cheese.
Thursday Lunch:
Spicy Pork Salad with ... you guessed it, Cajun spiced pork, lettuce, baby spinach leaves, tomato, marinated and stuffed green olives, kalamta olives, mozzarella cheese and a nice balsamic vinegar dressing.
