Week Four beginning Monday 9th July 2012:
Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.
Monday Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with 4 eggs, bacon and grilled mushroom, onion and tomato.
Monday Lunch:
Bolognaise and avocado with a sprinkle of grated mozzarella cheese and pepper.
Monday Dinner:
A personal favourite ... home made "Hamburger Soup" with beef mince, carrot, celery, onion, tinned tomatoes, beef stock and a few herbs and spices. Absolutely yummy.
