Wednesday:
Week Three beginning Monday 2nd July 2012:
Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.
Wednesday Breakfast:
Some nice juicy Roast Lamb, 4 scrambled eggs with feta cheese, some grilled mushroom and onion with a touch of tomato paste and a couple grilled tomato halves. Yes, I'm full now.
Wednesday Lunch:
Our trusty bolognaise with half an avocado and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese with a little salt and pepper.
Wednesday Dinner:
Our yummy home made bolognaise with carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.
