Thursday:
Week Three beginning Monday 2nd July 2012:
Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.
Thursday Breakfast:
Roast Lamb, 4 scrambled eggs with mozzarella cheese, some grilled mushroom, tomato and onion with a few spices.
Thursday Lunch:
Bolognaise with avocado and mozzarella. Yum.
Thursday Dinner:
Mexican Been and Beans with cauliflower and broccoli.
