Wednesday:
Week Four beginning Monday 9th July 2012:

Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.


Wednesday Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with 4 eggs, bacon, pepper cheese, with tomato, mushroom and onion.

Wednesday Lunch:
Bolognaise and Avocado.



Wednesday Dinner:
Finishing off our batch of hamburger soup ... did I mention I love this soup?
