Week Three beginning Monday 2nd July 2012:
Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.
Friday Breakfast:
A small porterhouse Steak, 4 scrambled eggs with feta cheese and a little Tabasco sauce, some grilled olives, tomato and onion.
Friday Lunch:
Our trusty bolognaise with avodado.
Friday Dinner:
Roast Beef with snow peas, cauliflower and broccoli and a yummy home made white sauce with feta and mozzarella. Very nice indeed.
