Week Three beginning Monday 2nd July 2012:
Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.
Sunday Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with 4 eggs, mozzarella cheese, bacon, mushroom and onion, plus a grilled tomato.
Baked Ham and Pumpkin with a nice Greek salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber olives and feta cheese.
Sunday Dinner:
Parmesan crusted lamb chops with broccoli, cauliflower and show peas with a lovely home made cheesy white sauce.
