Tuesday:
Week Three beginning Monday 2nd July 2012:
Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.

Tuesday Breakfast:
A nice juicy organic porterhouse steak, 3 eggs sunny side up, a grilled tomato and some mushrooms.

Tuesday Breakfast:
Our trusty bolognaise with half an avocado and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
Tuesday Dinner:
A truly yummy apricot Chicken with a little baby spinach, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.
