Week Three beginning Monday 2nd July 2012:
Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.
Monday Breakfast:
Hungarian scrambled eggs with 4 eggs, triple smoked ham, Hungarian salami, onion, mushrooms, tomato, cheese and chives, all cooked in our brand new pan.
Monday Lunch:
Chicken Salad with lettuce, capsicum, avocado and roast pumpkin ... yummo!
Monday Dinner:
Itty Bitty Lamb Chops, bacon, a couple of eggs sunny side up with broccoli and cauliflower.
