Tuesday:
Week Four beginning Monday 9th July 2012:

Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.


Tuesday Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with 4 eggs and Danish feta cheese, a juicy rump steak, a grilled tomato and some grilled mushroom, onion and olives.

Tuesday Lunch:
Blognaise with avocado.


Tuesday Dinner:
My home made "Hamburger Soup" with beef mince, carrot, celery, onion, tinned tomatoes, beef stock and a few herbs and spices.  I love this soup.
