Sunday:
Week Two beginning Monday 25th June 2012:
I'm not following any strict diet plan this week, more trying to finish up all the food in the fridge before it goes off,   all the while trying to keep in mind what I've learned from the first week.  Let's just hope I've learnt something.


Sunday Breakfast:
Three Cheese Scrambled Eggs with 4 eggs, Mozzarella, Feta and Parmesan Cheese, with bacon, onion and mushroom on the side for a change.


Sunday Lunch:
Half a Moroccan Lamb Wrap with Moroccan Lamb, lettuce, capsicum and onion.  This half a pita bread was the first wheat product past my lips in weeks ... don't miss it either, but it stopped the filling from falling all over the table I suppose.

Sunday Dinner:
A Chicken Cobb Salad with Chicken, bacon, egg, corn, lettuce, tomato, avocado and cheese.  The best I could do to keep on track when I was out.
