Friday:
Week 49 Beginning Monday 3rd June 2013:
My weight is holding steady, but I would like to see it start running away from me in a downhill direction of course.
Friday Breakfast:
I am loving these light and fluffy omelettes in the morning, with red capsicum, eschallots and feta cheese, all with a Mohawk of onion, mushroom, bacon, tomato, yellow capsicum and some freshly gound chilli and Mexican spices.
Friday Lunch:
Prime beef rib roast, in a nice and spicy tomato and capsicum soup, with chilli, onion, potato, carrot, celery, garlic, black peppercorns and a few other herbs and spices. Very nice indeed.
Friday Dinner:
Spicy Mexican beef mince with onion, red kidney beans, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, tasty cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream and some ground chilli and peppercorns.
