Monday:
Week 50 Beginning Monday 10th June 2013:
Weight is still holding steady.  I just need to avoid temptation.

Monday Breakfast:
The perfect light and fluffy two cheese and onion omelette with a cross of fried yellow capsicum, mushroom, bacon, tomato and a little tomato paste.

Monday Lunch:
A nice home style creamy mushroom and roast beef soup with rosemary.

Monday Dinner:
Hamburger soup with beef mince, onions, carrots, celery, tinned tomatoes, a little barley, beef stock, thyme, parsley, salt & pepper.
