Wednesday:
Week 50 Beginning Monday 10th June 2013:
Weight is still holding steady.  I just need to avoid temptation.

Wednesday Breakfast:
Bacon, red chilli, mushrooms and tomato poured over another light and fluffy two cheese omelette with fetta and cheddar cheese, double cream, green capsicum and eschallots.

Wednesday Lunch:
Spicy Mexican beef mince, with bacon, onion, red kidney beans, tomato and some mashed avocado with lime and chilli.

Wednesday Dinner:
Tender, juicy porterhouse steak, with cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and a lovely home made creamy mushroom and onion gravy.
