Thursday:
Week 50 Beginning Monday 10th June 2013:
Weight is still holding steady. I just need to avoid temptation.
Thursday Breakfast:
Another nice two cheese omelette with feta and cheddar cheese, double cream and eschallots, with bacon, red chilli, green capsicum, onion, mushrooms and tomato on top.
Thursday Lunch:
Mexican spiced beef mince with onions and red kidney beans, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and some ground chilli seeds.
Thursday Dinner:
Tender, juicy, perfectly cooked herb and mustard roast lamb, with some bok choy, cauliflower, broccoli and a nice slice of French butter.
