Tuesday:
Week 49 Beginning Monday 3rd June 2013:
My weight is holding steady, but I would like to see it start running away from me in a downhill direction of course.
Tuesday Breakfast:
Three fried eggs, a grilled tomato, some bacon and fried mushrooms, green chilli and eschallots.
Tuesday Lunch:
A tasty soup with beef, tomato, onion, roast capsicum and basil with lots of herbs and spices.
Tuesday Dinner:
Another of my top two favourite soups, a chicken laksa with diced chicken thigh fillets, coconut cream, laksa paste, bok choy, broccoli, chilli, herbs and spices.
