Thursday:
Week 49 Beginning Monday 3rd June 2013:
My weight is holding steady, but I would like to see it start running away from me in a downhill direction of course.
Thursday Breakfast:
Another perfect light and fluffy omelette with eschallots, feta cheese and red capsicum, covered in fried bacon, mushrooms, yellow capsicum and tomato.
Thursday Lunch:
My favourite hamburger soup with some beef mince, onions, carrots, celery, tinned crushed tomatoes, a handful of barley, beef stock, thyme, parsley, salt & pepper.
Thursday Dinner:
Some nice and spicy chicken laksa with diced chicken thigh fillets, coconut cream, laksa paste, bok choy, broccoli, chilli, herbs and spices.
