Saturday:
Week 50 Beginning Monday 10th June 2013:
Weight is still holding steady. I just need to avoid temptation.
Saturday Breakfast:
Omelette with the lot ... bacon, eggs, double cream, feta and cheddar cheese, chilli, capsicum, escahllots and tomato.
Saturday Lunch:
Mexican spiced beef mince with bacon, onion, tomato, red kidney beans and some broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
Saturday Dinner: Main
Celebrating a friend's birthday this evening, we were invited to join them for dinner at the newly renovated Ferny Grove Tavern for dinner. I had Chorizo Pesto Chicken, a chicken breast stuffed with chorizo & bocconcini cheese, served
on a potato cake topped with a pesto cream sauce.
Saturday Dinner: Desert
Celebrating a friend's birthday this evening, we were invited to join them for dinner at the newly renovated Ferny Grove Tavern for dinner. I had Hot Apple Crumble served with chantilly cream & ice cream, a strawberry and glazed orange slice.
