Week 50 Beginning Monday 10th June 2013:
Weight is still holding steady. I just need to avoid temptation.
Tuesday Breakfast:
Three fried eggs, bacon tomato and some fried mushrooms, red chilli and eschallots, all sprinkled with a little freshly ground chilli seeds and cracked pepper.
Tuesday Lunch:
I had a lovely business lunch of eggs Benedict with gluten free pumpkin break, bacon and little beetroot salad at the K&K Kafe Albany Creek today.
Tuesday Dinner: Preparation
I prepared a nice beef and mushroom ragout for the slow cooker today, full of chunks of beef, button mushrooms, onion, baby carrots, tinned tomatoes and lots of tasty herbs and spices.

A lovely tasty and tender beef and mushroom ragout, slow cooked to perfection. Chunks of tender beef, button mushrooms, onion, baby carrots, tinned tomatoes and lots of tasty herbs and spices.
