Friday:
Week 50 Beginning Monday 10th June 2013:
Weight is still holding steady. I just need to avoid temptation.
Thursday Breakfast:
Another nice two cheese omelette with feta and cheddar cheese, double cream and eschallots, with bacon, red chilli, green capsicum, onion, mushrooms and tomato on top.
Friday Lunch:
Some lovely roast lamb with carrots, corn and broccoli.
Friday Dinner:
I finished of the very tasty left over beef and mushroom ragout, adding some bacon to the mix for a different flavour, which was slow cooked to perfection on Tuesday. Chunks of tender beef, bacon, button mushrooms, onion, baby carrots, tinned tomatoes and lots of tasty herbs and spices.
