Wednesday:
Week 49 Beginning Monday 3rd June 2013:
My weight is holding steady, but I would like to see it start running away from me in a downhill direction of course.

Wednesday Breakfast:
Another perfect light and fluffy omelette with eschallots, feta cheese and red capsicum, covered in fried bacon, mild sopressa salami, mushrooms, yellow capsicum and tomato.

Wednesday Lunch:
Spicy chicken laksa with diced chicken thigh fillets, coconut cream, laksa paste, bok choy, broccoli, chilli, herbs and spices.

Wednesday Dinner:
Nachos with beef mince, onion, red kidney beans, Mexican herbs and spices, topped with grated cheddar, with a few corn chips.
