Week 49 Beginning Monday 3rd June 2013:
My weight is holding steady, but I would like to see it start running away from me in a downhill direction of course.
Monday Breakfast:
A light and fluffy omelette with red capsicum, eschallots, a little feta cheese and double cream, with some green chilli, bacon, mushroom and tomato.
Monday Lunch:
Tasty hamburger soup with some beef mince, onions, carrots, celery, tinned crushed tomatoes, a handful of barley, beef stock, thyme, parsley, salt & pepper. This is one of my two favourite soups.
Monday Dinner:
Possibly the best piece of meat I've ever eaten. A perfectly cooked, tender, juicy rib roast, served with a lovely home made mushroom sauce, cauliflower and cabbage.
