Saturday:
Week 42 Beginning Monday 8th April 2013:
Well, I've managed to shed one of those extra kilograms, getting back down to 158kgs this morning Little by little I am going to claw my way back to where I was and continue on past that 155kg mark. It is hard sometimes when you see things that you used to love and you just have to say no ... I have a goal.
Saturday Breakfast:
A nice Chef's Special Big Breakfast at The Coffee Club Albany Creek this morning. A nice porterhouse steak, some bacon, mushroom, sausages, tomato, eggs, hash brown and some onion chutney. Yum!
Saturday Lunch:
Lunch at Mekong Chinese in the food court at Westfield Strathpine today. I had a nice and spicy chicken laksa with vegetables, a few egg noodles and a healthy server of chilli.
Saturday Dinner:
Chicken, beef mince, chilli, capsicum, tomato, onion and red kidney bean nachos on a few corn chips, with a little three cheddar cheese mix melted on top and a sprinkle of freshly cut eschallots.
