Friday:
Week 26 Beginning Monday 10th December 2012:
32kgs down and falling.  I did have a little celebratory ice cream and gingerbread reindeer for the half yearly mark, but am careful not to let it get away from me, so it's back on track this week and I will be trying to be a little extra diligent in this lead up to Christmas as I know there will be some indiscretions to come.

Friday Breakfast:
Japanese BBQ breakfast of bacon, mushrooms, tomato and eschallots fried with a little Japanese BBQ Sauce from Nonbei Sake Bar and BBQ with some lovely double cream and feta cheese scrambled eggs.



Friday Lunch:
On the run and running out of time, I popped into the local IGA to grab a salad and some chicken nibbles, but they'd sold out of their salads ... oh well.




Friday Dinner:
Beef mince, red kidney beans, onion and tomato, with a few different cheeses, some eschallots, carrot, broccoli and cauliflower, topped with a nice slice of French butter and a little garlic salt.
