Saturday:
Week 25 Beginning Monday 3rd December 2012:
Yet another kilo has fallen by the wayside this week cracking the 160kg mark down to 159kgs and I'm already looking towards the 150kg mark.  I do understand that Christmas time and some of the inevitable indulgences that come along with it, will no doubt slow my progress a little, but now that I know the right path, keeping on it will be so much easier.

Saturday Breakfast:
Breakfast at the Coffee Club Aspley this morning with steak, bacon, eggs, mushroom, tomato and a hash brown.

Saturday Lunch:
A lovely roast chicken salad with lettuce, tomato, brie cheese and some roast chicken.

Saturday Dinner:
Dinner with friends at the Nonbei Sake Bar and BBQ in the Valley was tasty, interesting and fun.  Too much to mention other than we had everything from Wagu Beef, to chicken, salmon, scallops, prawns and more, cooked to perfection because we did it ourselves and washed it down with a little Sake.
