Tuesday:
Week 31 Beginning Monday 14th January 2013:
Another kilogram down and the weight loss continues ... slowly but surely, I seem to be losing about a kilogram a week, which is nice when you consider that I'm eating more now that I ever have and absolutely love the food. This isn't a diet, it's a way of life.
Tuesday Breakfast:
Bacon, eggs, mushrooms and tomato ... simple but effective and very tasty.
Tuesday Lunch:
Tender, juicy herb and mustard roast lamb with cauliflower, broccoli, carrot and a nice slice of French butter.
Monday Dinner:
Tasty Mexican spiced beef mince with onion and red kidney beans, plus a nice fresh salad of lettuce, tomato, avocado, eschallots and a tasty Mexican cheese combo.
