Friday:
Week 16 Beginning Monday 1st October 2012:
21 kilograms down now and getting into the habbit of eating bloody good food. I think this diet style is more like what our parents and their parents ate, back in the days when we weren't pumped full of additives, preservatives, chemicals, poison sprays and sugar. You know, the days when nearly three quarters of the population weren't overweight.
Friday Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with 3 eggs, crumbed feta cheese, double cream, onions, mushrooms, kalamata olives, white Hungarian salami, bacon and cracked pepper ... lots of cracked pepper ... yum.
Friday Lunch:
Another pretty awesome salad even if I do say so myself. Lots of tasty Pastrami, lettuce, carrot, red cabbage, dijon mustard and a little vinegar.
Friday Dinner:
My wife created a whole different take on the veggies tonight with a little tomato paste, eschallots, salt, pepper and cheese, plus our staple beef bolognaise with bacon, tomato and onion. Very nice indeed.
