Tuesday:
Week 16 Beginning Monday 1st October 2012:
21 kilograms down now and getting into the habit of eating bloody good food.  I think this diet style is more like what our parents and their parents ate, back in the days when we weren't pumped full of additives, preservatives, chemicals, poison sprays and sugar.  You know, the days when nearly three quarters of the population weren't overweight.

Tuesday Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with 3 eggs, feta cheese, double cream, eschallots, tomato and a splash of Worcestershire sauce, plus some grilled mushroom and bacon.

Tuesday Lunch:
Simple but effective when in a rush ... Beef bolognaise with onion and tomato, plus a little parmesan.

Tuesday Dinner:
A fresh new bolognaise with beef mince, bacon, onion, tomato and garlic, with some nice beans, carrots and broccoli, plus a slice of nice French butter.
