Monday:
Week 17 Beginning Monday 8th October 2012:
22 kilograms down and not much to say this week other than I really enjoy the food, like the way the scales keep showing me smaller numbers and love the way, getting back to eating the way our parents and their parents did, just works.

Monday Breakfast:
Pain and simple, my wife cooked up a light fluffy 3 egg, scrambled eggs with double cream, plus some bacon and mushroom.

Monday Lunch:
Salad with the lot!  Lettuce, red onion, carrot, cabbage, cucumber, cherry tomato, feta and peppered mature cheese, kalamate olives and lots of tasty roast beef.


Monday Dinner:
Tender Lamb chops, a little prosciutto  cauliflower, broccoli and spinach with my wife's lovely cheese sauce.  Very nice indeed.
