Wednesday:
Week 17 Beginning Monday 8th October 2012:
22 kilograms down and not much to say this week other than I really enjoy the food, like the way the scales keep showing me smaller numbers and love the way, getting back to eating the way our parents and their parents did, just works.
Wednesday Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with 4 eggs, feta cheese, eschallots, mushroom and white Hungarian salami, a few slices of bacon and a grilled tomato.
Wednesday Lunch:
A nice tender breast of roast chicken, carrot, cauliflower, broccoli and a slice of French butter.
Wednesday Dinner:
Mexican tacos without the taco! Beef mince, onion, tomato and some mexican spices, with lettuce, tomato avocado and tasty cheese.
