Thursday:
Week 16 Beginning Monday 1st October 2012:
21 kilograms down now and getting into the habbit of eating bloody good food.  I think this diet style is more like what our parents and their parents ate, back in the days when we weren't pumped full of additives, preservatives, chemicals, poison sprays and sugar.  You know, the days when nearly three quarters of the population weren't overweight.

Thursday Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with 3 eggs, feta, tasty and parmesan cheese, double cream, eschallots and mushrooms, plus the all important bacon.

Thursday Lunch:
A spicy Peppered Beef Sirloin Salad with lettuce, carrot, red cabbage, tasty and crumbed feta cheese, plus a few feta stuffed green olives.  Very tasty indeed.

Thursday Dinner:
Some very nice herb roasted chicken, broccoli and cauliflower.
