Saturday:
Week 16 Beginning Monday 1st October 2012:
21 kilograms down now and getting into the habit of eating bloody good food.  I think this diet style is more like what our parents and their parents ate, back in the days when we weren't pumped full of additives, preservatives, chemicals, poison sprays and sugar.  You know, the days when nearly three quarters of the population weren't overweight.

Saturday Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with 3 eggs, crumbed feta cheese, double cream and some lovely leg ham, plus onions, mushrooms and a little white Hungarian salami, all with a touch of smokey bbq sauce just for something different.

Saturday Lunch:
Yet another awesome roast beef salad with feta cheese stuffed green olives, some tasty and parmesan cheese, eschallots, lettuce, carrot and red cabbage, plus a homemade mix of dijon mustard, vinegar, olive oil and some herbs and spices.  That hit the spot.

Saturday Dinner:
Tender, juicy, succulent herb and mustard roast lamb, with some cauliflower, broccoli and a nice slice of French Butter.  Aweseome.
