Tuesday:
Week 17 Beginning Monday 8th October 2012:
22 kilograms down and not much to say this week other than I really enjoy the food, like the way the scales keep showing me smaller numbers and love the way, getting back to eating the way our parents and their parents did, just works.

Tuesday Breakfast:
Triple Cheese scrambled eggs with 4 eggs, tasty, feta and parmesan cheese, mushroom, bacon and eschallots.

Tuesday Lunch:
Leg ham, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, cabbage, red onion, herb feta and mature peppercorn cheese, kalamate anchovie stuffed green olives, plus some cherry tomatoes.


Tuesday Dinner:
Beef bolognaise with onion, bacon and tomato and some broccoli, carrot, beans and a nice slice of French butter.
