Saturday:
Week 17 Beginning Monday 8th October 2012:
22 kilograms down and not much to say this week other than I really enjoy the food, like the way the scales keep showing me smaller numbers and love the way, getting back to eating the way our parents and their parents did, just works.

Saturday Breakfast:
Breakfast at Kokomo's again this morning with bacon, eggs, mushrooms and grilled tomato.

Saturday Lunch:
A surprisingly tasty food court lunch at Westfield Chermside.  Some satay chicken, curried chicken, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, plus one little piece of honey chicken.

Saturday Dinner:
Dinner with friends at the Thai Asian House at Bridgeman Downs.  We had "The Treasure Banquet for 4 people which included ...
