Week 18 Beginning Monday 15th October 2012:
23 kilograms down and all I can say is nothing, not a thing other than diet change is providing me with a constant weight loss, so the secret is certainly NOT low fat diets. I think we can put that ridiculous theory to rest now.
Tuesday Breakfast:
Half and avocado, a teaspoon of Dick Smith's Saucy Red, a little cracked pepper and our staple bolognaise with beef mince, onion, tomato and bacon.
Tuesday Lunch:
A nice and tasty salad with Milano ham, some tasty cheese, a couple of boiled eggs, mushroom, lettuce, tomato, carrot, cabbage.
Tuesday Dinner:
Beef bolognaise with tomato, onion, bacon and a slice of Jarlsberg cheese, with some cauliflower, broccoli, carrot and a nice slice of French butter.
