Monday:
Week 46 Beginning Monday 13th May 2013:
Here's to keeping it simple for a while as my weight is still in a holding pattern fluctuating between 156kg and 158kg so we'll see if we can keep on the straight and narrow.
Monday Breakfast:
Bacon, mushrooms and tomato with a light and fluffy scrambled eggs, a little cheddar and some eschallots.
Monday Lunch:
Beef mince bolognaise with pepperoni, bacon, onion, tomato and mushrooms with some carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and grated parmesan.
Monday Dinner:
Tender, juicy, herb and mustard roast lamb with cauliflower, broccoli, a nice slice of French butter and dollop of sour cream.
