Wednesday:
Week 46 Beginning Monday 13th May 2013:
Here's to keeping it simple for a while as my weight is still in a holding pattern fluctuating between 156kg and 158kg so we'll see if we can keep on the straight and narrow.

Wednesday Breakfast:
Bacon, mushrooms and tomato cooked in some garlic and basil tomato paste, with a nice fluffy egg, double cream, eschallot and capsicum omelette.

Wednesday Lunch:
Beef mince with onion, tomato, bacon, mushroom and some broccoli, carrots and cauliflower with a nice slice of French butter.

Wednesday Dinner:
Roast turkey mini roast with cabbage, broccoli and a nice slice of French butter.
