Tuesday:
Week 45 Beginning Monday 6th May 2013:
My weight is still in a holding pattern fluctuating between 156kg and 158kg and I think most of the major celebrations are out of the way for a while now, so hopefully there'll be no more Malteser Cakes in the near future.  Maybe now I can concentrate on getting back to basics.

Tuesday Breakfast:
Simple but very effective ... Bacon, mushrooms, tomato and eggs.


Tuesday Lunch:
Tasty pork rissoles with lots of Italian herbs and spices, some Bertolli Five Brothers pasta sauce, a little pepperoni, mushrooms, tomato, onions, a few small blocks of Australian smoked and a little grated tasty cheddar cheese.

Tuesday Dinner:
Beef mince bolognaise with a little pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, a few herbs and spices, grated cheddar and parmesan, served with a little broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
