Saturday:
Week 45 Beginning Monday 6th May 2013:
My weight is still in a holding pattern fluctuating between 156kg and 158kg and I think most of the major celebrations are out of the way for a while now, so hopefully there'll be no more Malteser Cakes in the near future.  Maybe now I can concentrate on getting back to basics.

Saturday Breakfast:
Tomato, eschallots and mushroom cooked in a little tomato paste, with bacon and three perfectly cooked eggs.

Saturday Lunch:
Out shopping we had the nicest lamb salad from "Grab-A-Kebab" at Westfield Shopping Centre Strathpine today.  Lots of tabouli, lettuce, tomato, cheese and lamb kebab meet, all drizzled in barbecue and garlic sauce.  All the ingredients of a great Kebab, just without the wrapper.

Saturday Dinner:
Extra juicy herb roast chicken with a baked onion, some steamed cabbage and broccoli, all with a lovely eschallot, cream, Australian and Brie cheese sauce..
