Week 44 Beginning Monday 29th April 2013:
Even after the blowout birthday cake weekend, I'm still holding steady at 158kgs this morning. I do think it might be time to revisit the Nutrition Diagnostic's rule book on all things food though. It is lucky for Owen that I came up with the idea of a Blog, rather than just photos, so he could teach you all "what not to do" live on a day by day basis ... isn't it Owen?
Wednesday Breakfast:
A tasty mix of mushrooms, capsicum, onion and tomato, with some fried eggs and bacon.
Wednesday Lunch:
Bolognaise beef mince with onion, prosciutto, tomato and a nice mix of parmesan and cheddar cheese.
Wednesday Dinner:
Tender, juicy, herb and mustard roast lamb with roast pumpkin and onion, plus a little garlic sour cream.
