Tuesday:
Week 46 Beginning Monday 13th May 2013:
Here's to keeping it simple for a while as my weight is still in a holding pattern fluctuating between 156kg and 158kg so we'll see if we can keep on the straight and narrow.
Tuesday Breakfast:
Bacon, eggs, mushrooms and tomato. So simple, but so effective.
Tuesday Lunch:
Some left over spicy Thai chilli pork mini roast with a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce and some carrots, cauliflower and broccoli with a dollop of sour cream on top.
Tuesday Dinner:
Mexican spiced beef mince with a little mild sopressa salami, onions, tomato, red kidney beans, carrots, corn, broccoli, tasty cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
