Friday:
Week 13 Beginning Monday 10th September 2012:
Another kilogram down, feeling fantastic about insulin and glucose levels dropping so far, it's time to continue eating myself towards better health.  So far, I haven't done any exercise or changed my life in any other way than diet, a few vatimin suppliments and being guided by great mentors ... from  Nutrition Diagnostics .

Friday Breakfast:
Another 3 cheese scrambled eggs with 3 eggs, roasted onion and chive, vintage and smoked cheeses, plus some eschallots, a grilled tomato, a few slices of smokey bacon and a handfull of buttered mushrooms.  Yummo!

Friday Lunch:
Some nice steamed cauliflower, broccoli and carrot, with a great big daub of salty French butter, and a serve of Bolognaise with beef mince, bacon, onion and tomatom some herbs and spices.


Friday Dinner:
Another server of my favourite hamburger soup with lots of beef mince, onion, celery, carrot and tinned tomatoes, with lots of yummy herbs and spices.
