Saturday:
Week 13 Beginning Monday 10th September 2012:
Another kilogram down, feeling fantastic about insulin and glucose levels dropping so far, it's time to continue eating myself towards better health.  So far, I haven't done any exercise or changed my life in any other way than diet, a few vatimin suppliments and being guided by great mentors ... from  Nutrition Diagnostics .

Saturday Breakfast:
I could get used to other people making us breakfast.  We had another awesome breakfast at Kokomo's Coffee House & Cantina this morning.  Lots of smokey bacon, some grilled onions, a grilled tomato, breakfast sausage and a couple of gooey fried eggs.

Saturday Lunch:
Out shopping today, time got away from us and the only thing around was a Red Rooster, so I did my best with a Perri Perri Chicken Salad.  Nice Perri Perri Chicken, lettuce tomato and tasty cheese.  Not bad all in all.

Saturday Dinner:
My wife cooked up another tasty dish of Morroccan Chicken with some cabbage and bok choy, plus a very tasty cheese sauce made from butter, tasty cheese, cream, eschallots and a little salt and pepper.
