Week 13 Beginning Monday 10th September 2012:
Another kilogram down, feeling fantastic about insulin and glucose levels dropping so far, it's time to continue eating myself towards better health. So far, I haven't done any exercise or changed my life in any other way than diet, a few vatimin suppliments and being guided by great mentors ... from

Wednesday Breakfast:
Three eggs and feta cheese scrambled eggs, a grilled tomato, plus some fried bacon, hungarian salami, onion and mushroom.
Wednesday Lunch:
Bolognaise with beef mince, bacon, onion and tomatom some herbs and spices, plus half an avocado.
Wednesday Dinner:
Prosciutto-wrapped herb chicken with some cabbage and a big daub of sour cream.
